A student goes red after the consecutive-absence threshold, or when they miss the window count inside the rolling window.

Decides what “today” means: which classes the dashboard offers for attendance, and when a grading opens for results.

Mailing address

Printed at the bottom of automated emails to leads. Anti-spam law requires a physical address, and mailbox providers use it to decide whether your mail lands in the inbox.

Google review link

Powers automated review requests: members get one short, friendly ask when they earn a new belt, and again at two weeks of training. Nobody is asked twice within 90 days, and leaving this blank turns the requests off.

A missed class is a session of one of the student's enrolled programs where attendance was taken after their last check-in. Students also go red after the not-seen-in-days threshold above, whatever the class count.

Flag enrolled students who never attended

Turn off to skip alerting on students with no check-in history at all (useful for rosters imported before attendance tracking).

Excused absences count toward alerts

Turn off to ignore excused absences (like family-submitted absence alerts) when flagging students for missed classes.
