What's coming to Dojo Forge

Card payments and family autopay through your school's own Stripe account, with receipts and retries on failed payments.

If you already take payments with Square, dues paid there show as paid in Dojo Forge automatically.

A website lead form, a lead pipeline, a trial-booking page with reminders, self-reschedule, and student referral links.

New inquiries get an email reply within seconds, then check-in emails for two weeks. The emails stop as soon as the family replies.

A tablet at the front door where students check themselves in. It keeps working if the internet drops.

Announcements by text message and push notification, for families who opt in.

An automatic "we miss you" note to students who have drifted away.

Dojo Forge in the App Store and Google Play, for staff and families. Until then it installs from the browser.

An AI assistant that knows your students, belts, and families. It catches what you would if you had the time, and follows up on it.

Lead follow-up by text message, plus calls from new families answered while you're on the mat.

Pick a template and get a website for your school that feeds into your leads and trial booking.

Curriculum videos families can watch between classes in the portal.

Keep your school's photos and videos in one place for picture projects, slideshows, and promotion montages.

A progression game that gives students a reason to come back to class every week.

Gear and uniforms, ordered right from the family portal.
